Work Package 4 - Blended Up-Skilling Workshops
TRANSNATIONAL, NATIONAL AND LOCAL BLENDED UPSKILLING FOR ECOFAMILIES
Work Package 4 aims:
- Provide support to AdEd on how to successfully utilize the digital tools of the project via the development of a methodological guidebook and a series of supportive on & offline activities
- Address the need to foster validation of crucial skills and competencies for adult educators via micro-credentials
- Ensure that training facilitators of the programme are adequately prepared to support the successful implementation of the programme to the TGs and promote transnational learning via a training mobility
- Provide high-quality LLL opportunities to educators and parents to acquire green and sustainable competences, and knowledge for an eco-friendly family life-style via blended upskilling workshops
- Provide all products in an open-accessible form and ensure their sustainability and exploitation
- Involve TGs in the implementation activities in order to address any inconsistencies and needs and make appropriate changes before finalization
