Second Transnational Project Meeting
The second Transnational Project Meeting (TPM2) of the Eco-Families project took place in Warsaw, Poland, on 12–13 March 2025, hosted by our coordinating partner, Fundacja Pro Omnis. Unlike the online kick-off, this meeting provided partners with the opportunity to meet face-to-face, reflect on progress, and build stronger connections for the next stages of the project.
Over two days, partners reviewed the milestones achieved so far and discussed how to strengthen the project’s impact. Particular attention was given to the development of communication materials designed to inspire sustainable family living. The meeting included a dedicated Peer-to-Peer Review Session, where each partner presented their eco-themed podcasts and infographics. This exchange allowed the consortium to provide constructive feedback, share ideas, and explore ways to make the materials more engaging and accessible for parents and children.
The discussions in Warsaw went beyond reviewing materials. Partners also focused on the bigger picture: how Eco-Families can help families not only learn about sustainability but also take practical steps in their everyday lives. The creative energy and collaborative atmosphere gave new momentum to the project and strengthened the commitment of all partners to deliver impactful results.
By the end of TPM2, partners left Warsaw with improved outputs, new insights, and a clearer vision of the next steps. The project continues to move forward with the shared goal of empowering families to become role models of eco-friendly living across Europe.
